Just got a weird text about a missed toll toll delivery. Is this a scam?

I haven't driven on any toll roads recently, but I got a text saying I owe $4.50 and need to click a link to pay or face a $50 fine. The link looks like 'linkt-pay-notice.com'. Has anyone else seen this? I'm worried because they had my actual name in the text message.

100% a scam! Do not click that link. The real Linkt website is just linkt.com.au. They are sending these out to thousands of people hoping someone will just pay the small amount without thinking.
