2. Description of Service

ScamCheck Pro provides AI-powered threat detection services designed to identify potential scams, phishing attempts, and malicious links. While we strive for high accuracy, our service is provided as an advisory tool. We do not guarantee 100% detection of all threats, nor do we guarantee that items marked as "Safe" are entirely without risk.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of ScamCheck Pro, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the application or its underlying AI models.
  • Exercise your own judgment and discretion when interacting with digital content, regardless of the app's threat assessment.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

ScamCheck Pro offers both free and premium (Pro) tiers. The free tier includes a limited number of manual scans per month. The Pro tier requires a paid subscription, which provides unlimited scans and advanced features. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SCAMCHECK PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCAMCHECK PRO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
